As requested by customer feedback, we have updated the site to make incident reporting and navigation much easier. We have also redesigned the 'engine' to give you faster loading pages and more content. We hope you like the new look - and would be grateful for feedback on the support pages - the area dedicated to our customers.

Finding the information you want

Finding information has been made simpler with our menu structure on the left and our news and downloads on the right. Please take a moment to review the online documents and let us know if there are any you would like added.

We have also added the network status page to our homepage so you can determine any Centric issues at a glance. We will of course continue to update customers with news and service affecting issues as appropriate.

Security

Centric takes security seriously. It is your responsibility to make sure that any computer connected to the Centric Network is secure. We reserve the right to withdraw our connection for machines not adequately secured from attack, as it may not only affect you, but others using the Internet.
