Revenue Share Model

Depending on the level of initial investment, Centric pays a share of the revenue generated by providing services to tenants back to the landlord. This is paid in arrears on a quarterly basis.

Centric also provides a wide portfolio of communications products, including voice carrier services, voice systems, online data back up and data networking. Centric also offers the landlord a share of the revenue generated by providing these services. Over time, our revenue payments to some of our landlord partners have grown to become regarded as a significant revenue stream.
