Data Solutions

  • IT Services – a full range of IT services from LAN and Wireless installations, server configurations, maintenance and support services, security services, and general IT consultancy.
  • Managed IT Desktop/Network Services – a customised serviced, at attractive monthly charges, offering you the ability to completely outsource your IT requirements and move to a fully managed and supported desktop and service infrastructure. These services also include Hosted Exchange and BlackBerry services.
  • Off-site Data Storage – a low-cost, secure and instantly accessible data storage facility at a Centric point of presence in London, replicated to Frankfurt if required. This service offers the ultimate flexibility and is charged in a price per Gb per month basis.
  • Hosting and Co-location – cost-effective, secure and flexible, Centric’s hosting services enable service to be hosted and set up quickly, with no investment in hardware, staff or training programmes. Co-location is offered at multiple locations within the City of London, Docklands, Greater London, Heathrow and other locations outside the M25, providing solutions for individual racks and multiple racks, as well as entire co-location suites. All solutions are charged on a monthly basis, with a minimum 12-month term.

Voice Solutions

  • Business Telephony Solutions – Centric provides businesses with a high-quality, competitively priced voice services offering. These services offer an opportunity to make savings on both call charges and line rentals – all of your existing BT lines and services can be novated to Centric. A range of access methods is available, including:
    • Carrier Pre-selection
    • Direct Connect
    • Indirect Dial-Access
  • Voice Telephony Systems – working with leading telephony system manufacturers, including Avaya, Siemens and Mitel, Centric offer high-quality converged communications solutions for small to medium sized businesses with a wide-range of features and functionality. Hardware, installation, training, project management and maintenance services are available. Your existing system can also be supported by Centric, including at locations nationwide.
  • Hosted Telephony Solutions – IP Centrex offers a VoIP service in a hosted environment, benefiting your business by enabling you to take advantage of all of the features of IP telephony without prohibitive set-up costs. VoIP removes the need for separate networks for telephony and data services, reducing the cost of support, and at the same time delivering greater flexibility and access to a wide range of new productivity applications.

In-Building Solutions

  • Cabling – Centric designs and manages the implementation of structured cabling and fibre-optic systems for optimum network performance and quality of service. We have provided solutions to companies moving into new premises, as well as those refurbishing/refreshing existing offices.
  • Wireless – Centric’s wireless solutions include consultancy and site surveys to identify the number and location of access points and a full range of wireless LAN products to suit the individual needs of your business.
  • IPCCTV/Access Control – IP security solutions provide the opportunity to run a range of in-building services across the same infrastructure as voice and data services. Increasingly CCTV and Access control systems are utilising IP, and providing organisations with high-quality, flexible, quickly deployed security solutions to improve efficiency and reduced operational costs.
